After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Eligibility for Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To qualify for a return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The device must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All included accessories, cables, manuals, and installation kits must be returned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certain products cannot be returned, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Activated or registered tracking devices (once linked to an account or SIM card)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Software licenses, activation codes, or downloadable firmware packages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customized installations or configured hardware<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hazardous materials, batteries not sold as part of a device, or flammable components<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift cards \/ coupons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selected health and personal care electronics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Partial Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Devices showing signs of use or installation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opened software, firmware, or diagnostic tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Refunds Process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your return is received and inspected, we\u2019ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Late or Missing Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you haven\u2019t received your refund:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check your bank account again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact your credit card company (posting delays may occur).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact your bank (processing times vary).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you still haven\u2019t received your refund, email us at <strong>sales@xiot.co.za<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sale Items<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To request an exchange for the same device, email <strong>exchanges@xiot.co.za<\/strong> and send your product to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>129 Johannesburg Road, Lyndhurst, Johannesburg, South Africa, 2192<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gifts &amp; Coupons<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit equal to the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed once the item is received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shipping Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To return your product, ship it to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>129 Johannesburg Road, Lyndhurst, Johannesburg, South Africa, 2192<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For high-value electronics, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
