Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Welcome to <strong>XShop (XIOT)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By accessing or purchasing from our online store, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms &amp; Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, vendors, and partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Products &amp; Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>XShop specializes in <strong>telematics devices, Ruptela hardware and accessories, tracking electronics, installation kits, and related software<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We also provide <strong>online training courses and downloadable learning materials<\/strong> for telematics, compliance, and technical skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible. Errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability of products is subject to stock levels and supplier timelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Orders &amp; Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All orders placed through XShop are subject to acceptance and availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment must be made in full before products are shipped or downloads are activated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We accept major payment methods as listed at checkout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Shipping &amp; Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Physical products (devices, accessories, kits) are shipped to the address provided at checkout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is delivered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital products (training courses, downloads, licenses) are delivered electronically via email or account access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Most telematics devices and Ruptela accessories include a <strong>manufacturer\u2019s warranty<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, tampering, or damage caused by external factors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers must contact <strong>support@xiot.co.za<\/strong> before submitting a warranty claim.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Customer Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customers must ensure proper installation of devices, using approved methods and accessories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SIM registration, account activation, and compliance with local laws (e.g., fleet tracking, data privacy, electronic communications) are the responsibility of the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training courses and downloadable materials are for personal or organizational use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without written permission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers must not use devices for unlawful tracking or surveillance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Use of Products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Devices sold by XShop are intended for <strong>legitimate telematics, fleet management, and tracking applications<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>XShop is not responsible for misuse of devices, accessories, or training materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>XShop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or training materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or course.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10.
