After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can I return a tracking device after activation?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No. Once a device has been activated, registered, or paired with a SIM card\/account, it is <strong>non\u2011returnable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What condition must the product be in?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devices must be unused, unregistered, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories (cables, antennas, SIM trays, manuals, installation kits).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Which items cannot be returned?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Activated or registered tracking devices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Firmware licenses, activation codes, or downloadable software packages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customized or pre\u2011configured hardware<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hazardous components such as standalone batteries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift cards or coupons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can I get a partial refund?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Partial refunds may apply if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A device shows signs of installation or use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Software or firmware packages have been opened<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items are damaged or missing parts not due to our error<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items are returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How do refunds work?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we\u2019ll notify you by email.
