XIOT Partner Onboarding and Eligibility Requirements

1. Business Eligibility

  • Must be a registered company with valid business license and tax clearance.
  • Minimum 1 year of operation in fleet management, telematics, or related services.
  • Demonstrated client base in logistics, transport, or fleet services.

2. Technical Capability

  • Ability to provide basic installation and support for telematics hardware.
  • At least one trained technician or engineer available for deployments.
  • Commitment to complete XIOT’s technical onboarding training (covering hardware, software and installation modules).

3. Sales & Market Commitment

  • Clear plan to promote XIOT solutions within your client base.
  • Minimum sales target commitment (e.g., 25 devices in first 6 months for Certified tier).
  • Agreement to represent XIOT solutions ethically without misrepresentation.

4. Compliance & Trust

  • Signed Partner Agreement including non‑compete assurance (XIOT will not bypass partners).
  • Adherence to South African fleet regulations and data protection standards.
  • Commitment to client confidentiality and responsible data handling.

5. Training & Certification

  • Completion of XIOT’s hardware and software compliance training modules.
  • Sales team trained on value proposition messaging (advanced hardware, modular platform, local support).
  • Technical team certified in installation and troubleshooting of Telematics and related devices.

6. Operational Readiness

  • Ability to provide first‑line support to clients (basic troubleshooting, ticket escalation).
  • Access to internet connectivity and fleet management software for mobilisation readiness.
  • Willingness to participate in quarterly partner reviews to track performance and growth.
