1. Introduction
Welcome to XShop (XIOT).
By accessing or purchasing from our online store, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, vendors, and partners.
2. Products & Services
- XShop specializes in telematics devices, Ruptela hardware and accessories, tracking electronics, installation kits, and related software.
- We also provide online training courses and downloadable learning materials for telematics, compliance, and technical skills.
- Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible. Errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.
- Availability of products is subject to stock levels and supplier timelines.
3. Orders & Payments
- All orders placed through XShop are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Payment must be made in full before products are shipped or downloads are activated.
- We accept major payment methods as listed at checkout.
- Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Physical products (devices, accessories, kits) are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is delivered.
- Digital products (training courses, downloads, licenses) are delivered electronically via email or account access.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases.
Key points:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days if the device is unused, unregistered, and in original packaging.
- Activated devices, software licenses, firmware downloads, and training course materials are non-returnable once accessed or downloaded.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for physical products.
- Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.

6. Warranty
- Most telematics devices and Ruptela accessories include a manufacturer’s warranty.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, tampering, or damage caused by external factors.
- Customers must contact support@xiot.co.za before submitting a warranty claim.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure proper installation of devices, using approved methods and accessories.
- SIM registration, account activation, and compliance with local laws (e.g., fleet tracking, data privacy, electronic communications) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Training courses and downloadable materials are for personal or organizational use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without written permission.
- Customers must not use devices for unlawful tracking or surveillance.
8. Use of Products
- Devices sold by XShop are intended for legitimate telematics, fleet management, and tracking applications.
- Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- XShop is not responsible for misuse of devices, accessories, or training materials.
9. Limitation of Liability
- XShop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or training materials.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or course.
10. Intellectual Property
- All content on the XShop website, including product descriptions, training materials, images, logos, and documentation, is the property of XIOT.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of training courses, downloads, or product documentation is prohibited.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
