How long do I have to return a product?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
Can I return a tracking device after activation?
No. Once a device has been activated, registered, or paired with a SIM card/account, it is non‑returnable.
What condition must the product be in?
Devices must be unused, unregistered, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories (cables, antennas, SIM trays, manuals, installation kits).
Which items cannot be returned?
- Activated or registered tracking devices
- Firmware licenses, activation codes, or downloadable software packages
- Customized or pre‑configured hardware
- Hazardous components such as standalone batteries
- Gift cards or coupons

- Items are damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Items are returned more than 30 days after delivery
